By accessing or using ConvertDocHub ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Permitted Use
You may use ConvertDocHub for personal and commercial purposes. You must not use the Service to process files that contain illegal content, violate intellectual property rights, or that you do not have the right to process.
3. Free Tier Limitations
Free accounts are limited to 5 file operations per day and a maximum file size of 50 MB per file. We reserve the right to adjust these limits at any time.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro and Business subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial periods.
5. Intellectual Property
You retain all ownership rights to your uploaded files. By using the Service, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process your files solely for the purpose of providing the requested operation.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that conversions will be 100% accurate for all document types and formatting.
7. Limitation of Liability
ConvertDocHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or business interruption.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
