Do I need to create an account to use the tools?

No. All free tools work without an account. Sign up only if you want to save your history or upgrade to Pro.

Are my files safe and private?

Yes. All files are transferred over 256-bit SSL encryption and are permanently deleted from our servers 2 hours after processing. We never read or share your documents.

What is the file size limit?

Free users can upload files up to 50 MB. Pro users get up to 500 MB and Business users up to 5 GB per file.

Why is my Word to PDF conversion not perfect?

Complex formatting, custom fonts, or embedded macros can sometimes affect the output. For best results, use simple formatting or try our Pro plan for higher-fidelity conversion.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

You can cancel anytime from your account dashboard under Billing. Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period.

Can I use ConvertDocHub for commercial purposes?

Yes. Both free and paid plans allow commercial use. The Business plan includes an API for integration into your own products.

What file formats are supported?

We support PDF, DOCX, XLSX, PPTX, JPG, PNG, TXT, RTF, ODT, and HTML. More formats are added regularly.

My conversion failed. What should I do?

First check the file is not corrupted and is under the size limit. If the issue persists, try using our Repair PDF tool or contact support.
