When you use ConvertDocHub, we collect only what is necessary to provide the service: the files you upload for processing, your IP address for security and rate-limiting, and optional account information if you sign up (name, email).
2. How We Use Your Files
Uploaded files are used solely to perform the requested conversion or operation. We do not read, analyse, or store the content of your documents beyond what is technically required to process them. All files are permanently deleted from our servers within 2 hours of processing.
3. Data Security
All data is transferred using 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Files are stored in isolated, access-controlled environments during processing. We do not share your files with any third parties except the processing services required to convert them (e.g. CloudConvert for certain formats), which operate under their own privacy policies.
4. Cookies & Analytics
We use cookies to maintain session state and to serve relevant advertisements via Google AdSense. You may disable cookies in your browser settings, though some site features may not function correctly. We use aggregated, anonymised analytics to improve the service.
5. Third-Party Services
ConvertDocHub uses Google AdSense to display advertisements. Google may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this or other websites. You can opt out via Google Ad Settings.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you. Contact us at support@convertdochub.com and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
